Hi there! My name is Gordon and I'm responsible for Animals At Home (North Yorkshire).

People often say never to work with children and animals! Well having spent 20 years as a teacher I am now changing my focus to work with four footed friends. Animals have always been an integral part of my life, having been brought up with dogs, cats and budgies and most recently owning smaller furries. In addition I am currently a volunteer dog walker for the York & District RSPCA.

Having successfully completed a First Aid Veterinary course in the Isle of Wight, I now offer the complete range of Animals at Home pet services and operate a DEFRA authorised animal ambulance, for standard trips to the vets or for those longer journeys, such as moving house or airport trips. I have also been CRB checked and can offer you a safe and reliable service.

As you can see from my photo, my love of animals extends beyond the traditional. I can assure you that your pet will be treated with the same care and devotion no matter how big or small.
